Activity Centres offer a weekly opportunity to meet with older local residents and make friends.
Each week we offer quizzes, games, chair exercises and occasional
speakers, outings, lunches and entertainment.
Our centres are run by
a team of friendly volunteers who will lend a helping hand to ensure
you enjoy your morning and/or afternoon with us.
