Our Information & Advice service is open to the public between 9
& 1 Monday to Friday.
We ask that, where possible, clients contact
us by telephone 01256 423874 or

Nationally
Age Concern England produces a wealth of literature on
a range of subjects of importance to older people such
as benefits,
housing, care and making a will. Information is provided in
different formats including A5 Information Guides
and more in depth
Factsheets.
Age Concern Hampshire in Basingstoke holds all these
publications and additionally collates information about services
and sources of support available locally.
To keep local people informed about what is available Age Concern
produces a quarterly
Newsletter which provides
information on Age
Concern’s services and those of other agencies working with older
people.
The Information & Advice service is also available in person at
the
Café on a regular basis and at
Information Days
and other
occasional Information events.
Whatever your enquiry please contact Age Concern and we will do
our best to help.
If we are not able to answer your question
ourselves, we can usually point you in the right direction.
The service is free, impartial and confidential and holds the Community Legal Service Quality Mark.
