Volunteering
Information and Advice
Information & Advice volunteers help clients with enquiries on a
range of subjects. This is mostly by telephone but also occasionally
face to face at the Café and
Information Days. Training is provided.
Person specification:
The position suits people who are patient, good at listening and want to help others. Confidence on the telephone is also important.
Level of Commitment:
Volunteers are asked to commit to one morning a week and additionally to attend occasional meetings and events.
